PermitZero provides a weekly brief of likely HVAC replacement opportunities in Travis County, Texas. By creating an account or accessing the brief, you agree to these terms.

Plain-English summary.We sell you a list of leads our model thinks are likely to need an HVAC system soon. The leads are estimates, not guarantees. Don’t share your seat, don’t scrape the data, and pay your bill, that’s most of it.

1. The service

PermitZero compiles, ranks, and delivers weekly leads derived from publicly available property records (deeds, assessor data, and similar sources) in Travis County, TX. Leads are predictive estimates and are not guarantees that a homeowner will buy, replace equipment, or respond to outreach.

2. Your account

A subscription is for a single business. Seats are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You are responsible for activity under your login. Contact us if you need additional seats.

3. Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk export, or republication of the brief or any individual lead.
No reselling leads to third parties or other contractors.
No use of the data for tenant screening, employment, credit, insurance, or any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Outreach to homeowners must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the Texas DNC list, and any other applicable law.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Founding pricing is locked for the life of the seat as long as the subscription remains continuously active. You can cancel any time from your account menu; access continues through the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.

5. Accuracy & disclaimers

Public records contain errors. Our model is a model. We do not warrant that any specific lead represents a real opportunity, that contact details are current, or that any equipment age, permit history, or ownership signal is correct. The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PermitZero’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly bulk export, resale, or harassment of homeowners. We will refund any unused portion of a pre-paid month if we terminate without cause.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the brief at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
